Coventry’s Annual Food & Drink Festival takes place this weekend

Not only will this weekend see the 100-mile Velo cycling event pass through the city, but cookery demonstrations, food stalls, drink vendors, tasters and entertainment too as the annual Coventry Food & Drink Festival takes place in Broadgate.

Oh, what a weekend ahead.

The Coventry Food & Drink Festival takes place in Broadgate this weekend, 10 – 12 May, in what is set to be the biggest year for the event so far.

The event will see cookery demonstrations, food stalls, drink vendors, tasters and entertainment hosted in Broadgate.

And ofcourse, plenty of free samples.

Michel-starred Birmingham chef Glynn Purnell and TV chef, as seen on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, Rosemary Shrager headline the festival this year, with Glynn appearing on Saturday and Rosemary on Sunday.

What’s more, the festival is free to attend for all.

Hosted by the Coventry Business Improvement District (BID) and awarded ‘Best Food/Drink Festival in Warwickshire’ by What’s On, this is an event you won’t want to miss.
