IKEA Coventry is hosting a series of upcoming events to share ideas and inspiration for how to live a healthier and more sustainable life at home, with the first event set for this Saturday 25th May.
The event will include:
Take a seat at the pop-up bar where you’ll be served a range of delicious botanical mocktails.
25 May – 2 June, 12pm – 4pm
No garden? No problem. Get hands on in this session and learn about hydroponics – the art of growing veggies and herbs without soil.
27th – 29th May, 45-minute workshops between 12.30pm – 3pm
Waste Not, Want Not
Fed up with food waste? You’re not the only one. Join in with a series of high-energy cookery demonstrations that will inspire you to make mouth-watering meals from your leftovers. It’s time to get creative.
29th – 31st May, 45-minute workshops at 11 am, 12 pm, and 2 pm
Planting With Kids
Entertain the little ones at the children’s planting and pot decorating workshop. Kids can get hands-on (and green-fingered) and plant their own seed before taking it home to watch it grow.
27th – 31st May at 9.45am, must be booked in advance
Keep the kids entertained whilst you shop with the sustainable trail. Tick off the checkpoints, reveal the hidden word and win an instant prize at the checkouts.
25th May – 2nd June, all day
We recommend booking some of the workshops and tutorials in advance, by clicking here, to avoid disappointment.
