The famous red cups officially return today, as the coffee chain release their impressive new festive food and drink menu.
It’s that time of year once again when everything gets a little redder, most notably Starbucks’ iconic red cups.
Launching today alongside their new winter menu, their red cups are back with two festive iterations.
Starbucks has also launched their red cup in a reusable form, costing only £1.50 for the cup and saving you 25p every time you use it in-store.
As for the regular paper ones, there’s a 5p charge in order to try to encourage coffee fans to switch to the more environmentally friendly reusable option.
The new cups debut on the same day Starbucks releases their new festive menu, which includes their Festive Feast Panini, ‘Tis the Season Turkey Sandwich, plus their usual selection of seasonal sweet treats such a Christmas tree brownies and Christmas bauble chocolate leaf cake.
Also on the food menu is a Brie and Cran-merry Foccacia, made with brie, pickled red onions and cranberry sauce in a rosemary-topped focaccia.
Drinks-wise, the menu has gained four festive additions including Toffee Nut Latte, Eggnog Latte and Gingerbread Latte, all available either hot or iced.
A new Toasted Marshmallow Hot Chocolate has also joined the menu, made with a delicious mocha sauce which is combined with marshmallow syrup, topped with marshmallow flavoured whipped cream and finished with a caramelised sugar topping.
Starbucks Christmas menu is now in stores and will be available until 2 January across Coventry.
